DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY FOR APG PATIENT PORTAL

Prescription delivery is always free when utilizing an Apotheco pharmacy!  Apotheco pharmacies accept all major insurances.  Apotheco will let you know how much your prescription costs before delivering through APG’s Patient Portal.

 

Digital Signature Policy:

Prescriptions require your signature prior to being delivered. Your signature certifies that Apotheco has your complete consent to process, fill, and deliver your prescription. 

 

Your digital signature is applied to your prescription and package at the time of delivery, once delivery is confirmed. By agreeing to this policy, you allow Apotheco to save and apply your signature to orders processed through the APG Patient Portal. At our discretion and as required by law, we may require you to verify your government issued identification before a delivery is completed to you.

 

Prescription Return Policy:

If a prescription is damaged or incorrect when received, please reach out to your local Apotheco pharmacy to determine appropriate next steps to ensure you have the correct, undamaged. prescription.

 

OTC Products – Virtual DermShop:

The following shipping and return policies shall apply for all OTC products ordered through your healthcare provider’s Virtual DermShop.

Shipment processing time:

All orders placed through the Virtual Dermshop are processed within 24 hours and you should receive within 2 to 5 business days.

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

During periods where there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

PLEASE ALLOW 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO YOU FROM THE TIME OF PAYMENT.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Products may only be shipped to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Neither Skin Medicinals, nor your provider are responsible for any customs and taxes (tariffs, taxes, etc.) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost Orders:

Neither Skin Medicinals nor your provider are liable for any products lost during shipping. If your order is lost during transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Auto Refill Shipping/Payment Policy:

When available, if you willingly opt in to have auto refills on your Virtual Dermshop order, then there will be no refund issued once the order has been filled and shipped.

 

Please note, we do send you an email, to the email on file, 48 hours prior to the auto refill/credit card being processed that lets you know that your order will be processed/refilled and your credit card on file will be charged.

 

This email also allows you to cancel the auto refill if you login and cancel your order/auto refill.
